Volunteer Recruiter (Cornwall)

Volunteers are essential in order for us to achieve our mission. As a volunteer recruiter you will play a vital role in connecting passionate individuals with meaningful volunteer opportunities within our organisation. You will help to grow and sustain our volunteer team by identifying and engaging with potential volunteers at local networking and volunteer recruitment events and online.

We may be able to offer this as a remote/virtual role as long as you are confident approaching organisations via phone and email, and are comfortable to conduct research to find organisations to promote our volunteering roles with.

This a new role and will require you to feedback and help shape the activities and processes for this role to work effectively.
